PUMA PRIS PROGRAM PRIVACY POLICY

Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., is respectful of the personal data and information provided by Puma clients (the “Participants”) that are part of the Puma Pris Program (the “Program”). Therefore, the purposes, measures and procedures of the databases that will be generated in the execution of the Program are established below, as well as the mechanisms available for the Participants to know, update, rectify, delete the data provided or to revoke the authorization that is granted with the acceptance in the participation of the Program:

1. RESPONSIBLE AND IN CHARGE OF DATA PROCESSING.

The responsible entity of processing personal data and other information of the Participants will be Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V.

2. PURPOSE OF THE DATABASE.

The Participants' database, which will be generated in the execution of the Program, has as its main purpose the development of the Program, carrying out statistical, commercial, strategic, financial, social, labor, technical and risk rating analyses, as well as the implementation of commercial, labor, organizational, and marketing strategies related to it.

3. METHOD OF OBTAINING AND SUPPLIED DATA.

Puma El Salvador, S.A. of CV, through the PUMA PRIS SV mobile application, may expressly ask those interested in participating in the Program or collect from their behavior the data that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the database, which are, among others, name and surnames, identification number, date of birth, correspondence address, contact telephone number, email, and address. The information collected is of personal nature and does not refer to the credit history of individuals. However, Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., will be responsible for obtaining and safeguarding this information based on article 18 letter g) of the Consumer Protection Law, refraining from sharing it with third parties.

4. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION.

By voluntarily supplying any of the personal data in the manner indicated in the previous paragraph, which is done with access to the Puma website or the PUMA PRIS SV application, the Participant expressly and unequivocally authorizes Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., to collect personal data and any other provided information, as well as to process personal data, in accordance with article 18 letter g) of the Consumer Protection Law and this Privacy Policy.

5. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA STORED IN THE DATABASES OF PUMA EL SALVADOR, S.A. OF C.V.

Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., will only use, process, and circulate the personal data and other information of the Participants for the purposes described and for the treatments authorized in this Privacy Policy or the current laws. The Participant expressly authorizes Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., for the collection, use and circulation of personal data and other information for the following purposes and in the following circumstances: i) Establish communication between Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., and the Participants for any purpose related to the purposes established in this Policy, this could be through calls, text messages, emails and/or physical mail, SMS; ii) Carry out or implement the acquisition or offer of products or services by Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V.; iii) Audit, study and analyze the information in the database to design commercial strategies and increase and/or improve the products and services offered by the Puma brand and other related ones; iv) Combine personal data with information obtained from other allies or companies or send it to them to implement joint business strategies; v) Audit, study and analyze the information in the database to design supply strategies; vi) Audit, study, analyze and use the information in the database to design, implement and develop programs, projects and events; vii) Audit, study, analyze and use the information in the database for the socialization of policies, projects, programs, results and organizational changes; viii) Provide the information and personal data of the Participants to the subsidiaries, affiliates or affiliates of Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., strategic allies, or other companies or persons that Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., commission to process the information and comply with the purposes described in this Policy. ix) Provide the information and personal data of the Participants to strategic allies so that they can contact the Participants to offer them goods and services of interest, receive offers from the owners, invites to participate in programs, projects, events, socialize policies, projects, programs, results, and organizational changes; x) When the information must be disclosed to comply with laws, requirements of administrative or judicial authorities, to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions, to stop or prevent fraud, attacks on the security of Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., or others, prevent technical problems or protect the rights of others as required by the terms and conditions or the Law; and xi) The others described in this Policy or the Law

6. APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION FOR NEW USES.

Puma El Salvador, S.A. of CV, may request authorization from the Participants for the use or circulation of their data or information for purposes other than those expressed in this Privacy Policy and in the Terms and Conditions, for which the changes in this Privacy Policy will be published on its website www.pumapris.com or in any public appropriate medium, depending on the case.

7. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA.

The Participant expressly authorizes Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., to store data in the most appropriate way and complies with the security required to protect the data of the holders, as expressed in article 18 letter g) of the Consumer Protection Law. Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V. will store the Participants' data for a period of fifteen (15) years from the moment they were entered.

8. SECURITY MEASURES FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION.

The security measures that Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., seek to protect the Participants' data to prevent its modification, loss, use, and unauthorized access. For this, Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., diligently implements human, administrative, and technical protection measures reasonably within its reach. The Participant expressly accepts this form of protection and declares to consider it convenient and sufficient for all purposes.

9. HOLDERS' RIGHTS.

Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., informs the Participants that, following current legislation, they have the right to know, update, rectify their information, and/or revoke the authorization for their treatment. In particular, the rights of the owners are: i) To know, update and rectify their personal data; ii) Request proof of the authorization granted; iii) Be informed, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to personal data; iv) Submit to the corresponding Administrative authority, complaints about violations of the provisions of the Law; v) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of data; vi) Free access to personal data that has been processed. Any rectification of information of the Participants or revocation of authorization for the handling of personal data will be effective within a maximum period of ten calendar days from the date on which the Participant receives the respective request.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.

Registration in the PUMA PRIS SV mobile application and the accumulation, consultation, and/or use of any benefit or activity carried out by the Participant within the Program constitutes unequivocal conduct of the express acceptance of the Program's Privacy Policy.

11. CONTACT.

Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., is responsible for processing personal data. The questions, comments, and requests –including, but not limited to, the revocation of the consent granted to Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., to treat personal data–concerning this Privacy Policy and the management of Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V. of personal data, are welcome and will be attended to at support@pumapris.com or through a note delivered to the offices of Puma El Salvador, S.A. of C.V., located at Km 9.5 Pan-American Highway, Santa Tecla, La Libertad, El Salvador, as well as complaints and concerns in the first instance.
